In what feels like another lifetime, Natalie graduated with a B.Sc from University of Cape Town, went on to have a thriving career as a Project Manager and therefore is no stranger to the pains in the body that comes with working in a corporate environment. Thankfully, today fitness is her career and people are her passion.
